1) Domain status meanings
Statuses tell you whether a domain is ready to send.
- Pending means DNS verification has not completed.
- Partial means some records are correct but setup is incomplete.
- Verified means all required records are in place.
- Failed means one or more records are invalid or missing.

- Track bounce and complaint-related signals.
- Watch sudden changes in send success rate.
- Review domain-level totals to spot unusual spikes.
- Pause sending quickly if health degrades significantly.
